Five profiles, one inbox, and bids that go out before the client wakes up

Marketplace work is won in the first hour. Velocity scores every new project against what you are genuinely good at, sends a proposal backed by real proof, and keeps every profile’s conversations in one list.

What this usually looks like

  • Good projects are gone before anyone opens the tab
  • Every profile has its own inbox and its own forgotten conversations
  • Proposals get written from memory, citing work that may be offline
  • Nobody knows how many bids are actually left this cycle
What changes

How Velocity answers it

01

Bid in minutes, on the right work only

Budget, country, currency and language filter first; the model reasons about what is left and scores it. High-fit projects get a proposal citing portfolio links that passed a health check. What you blocklisted never gets a bid.

02

Every profile in one thread list

Conversations from every connected profile — plus your email — merge into a single inbox with assignment, escalation and an AI panel that says what the client actually asked for.

03

Quota you can trust

Remaining bids are counted against your real membership cycle rather than guessed, and per-account quotas and daily caps stop one profile burning the month in a morning.

04

Won work becomes managed work

An award becomes a project with milestones, tasks and a client portal, and the money side follows it — so the handover from selling to delivering is a state change rather than a re-entry job.

Questions we get asked

Which marketplaces are supported?

Freelancer.com today, with multi-account support and real bid-limit accounting. Email is supported alongside it, and the channel layer is built so more can be added.

Is automated bidding allowed?

It runs against your own account and stays inside platform rate limits by design, but automation rules differ by marketplace and change over time. Read your platform’s terms, start in dry-run, and decide deliberately.

Can I stop it bidding on certain work?

Yes, in plain English. Write what you never want — commission-only, ads management, anything at all — and it is enforced against every project before a bid is drafted.

Bring a real project and a real month of costs. Twenty minutes is usually enough to know whether this is a fit.
