Velocity
Digital agencies

The agency runs on six tools. None of them talk.

Your pipeline is in one place, delivery in another, hours in a third, money in a spreadsheet, and the answer to “is this client profitable” takes a day to assemble. Velocity puts them on one database.

What this usually looks like

  • Nobody can say which clients are actually profitable
  • Leads live in someone’s inbox until they go cold
  • Clients chase you for updates you already have
  • Salaries, platform fees and project costs never meet in one report
What changes

How Velocity answers it

01

Profitability is a column, not a project

Budget, logged time, outsourcing fees and salary cost already sit against the project, because finance and delivery share a database. Margin per client is something you read on a Tuesday, not something you assemble in a quarter-end panic.

02

The pipeline fills itself from real conversations

Connect the mailboxes and marketplace profiles your team already uses. Qualified conversations become leads with the thread, the scope and a suggested stage attached — so nothing dies in a personal inbox.

03

Clients follow along without another licence

The client portal gives each client their own projects, the tasks you chose to share, and a thread to raise requests in. Client seats are free and unlimited, and what they can see is enforced in the database.

04

The team side stops living in spreadsheets

Attendance, leave balances, reviews, goals and payroll sit in the same system as the work, so the cost of a person and the output of a person are finally in the same sentence.

Questions we get asked

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Each Velocity product stands alone. Most agencies start with delivery or the inbox, then add finance and people once the first is bedded in.

How long does it take to get running?

That depends on what you are migrating. We scope it on the call and tell you honestly — including when the answer is that a module is not a fit for you yet.

Can we keep our accountant’s software?

Yes, and most agencies do. Velocity Finance covers the operational ledger, expenses and project cost attribution; filing stays wherever it lives today.

See it on your own numbers

Bring a real project and a real month of costs. Twenty minutes is usually enough to know whether this is a fit.
