A Zoho alternative built as one product, not forty-five
Zoho’s breadth is real. So is the integration tax: each app has its own data model, its own interface and its own idea of what a contact is. Velocity’s products share one database because they were built together.
- Enormous breadth — accounting, sign, desk, books, campaigns and far more
- Mature per-country accounting and tax compliance
- A very large partner and support network
- Longer track record and a bigger company behind it
If these are what your team depends on, stay where you are. We would rather lose the deal than sell you a migration you regret.
- One data model, so a client record is genuinely the same record everywhere
- Built specifically for client-services and agency work
- Marketplace bidding and demand signals, which Zoho has no equivalent for
- Far less configuration before it is useful

Questions we get asked
Should we leave Zoho entirely?
Often not. Several agencies keep Zoho Books with their accountant and run delivery, pipeline and the client inbox on Velocity. Buying one Velocity product does not require abandoning anything.
Is Velocity cheaper than Zoho One?
Not always, and we will not pretend otherwise. Zoho One is priced aggressively across every employee. We compete on being one system built for agency work rather than on being the cheapest line item.
Thinking about moving off Zoho?
Bring your current setup to the call. We will map what transfers cleanly, what does not, and whether the move is worth making at all.
